Tossa is the more nicer, smaller, not as commercial out of the two, I prefer it I don't like lloret as its too commercial bit like benidorm is just not as many brits, however lloret does have more for kids, a fair, waterpark etc, depends what you want I came to Lloret de Mar for the first time and had a solid experience at Disco Tropics.
